VivaTech Paris 2024 Media Kit

Here are some sample texts you could use to promote your company’s attendance at VivaTech Paris on your social channels. Feel free to adapt these suggestions to match your local context even more. Use hashtags to highlight your message and to connect with fellow economic mission participants.

The best visuals are photos of the event Itself! We recommend that If you are planning on posting photos during the conference to post photos that you have taken on site. You are then encouraged and allowed to add our NL sticker anywhere on your visual, to show you are a partner of the Netherlands during this event - as long as the sticker cannot be mistaken as the sender of the image. Also, please note that you are not allowed to use the sticker for communications other than this event, unless agreed upon otherwise.

Instructions on using the Canva template: 

1. Download the Canva and create a free account. 
2. Use the link below to open the template. 
3. Import your photo by pressing the three dots in the top left. 
4. Select your photo, fit it to the size of the template. 
5. The photo may cover up the sticker, if this happens, scroll through the menu at the bottom of the page and click on “Position” then select “To back.” You can now move the sticker to the place that suits the photo best. 
6. Once you have done this, you can download the Canva file as a PNG and post the stickered photo.
